BOOKING: • By appointment only • 50% deposit required for new clients • Card on file needed • No clients under 16 • No extra guests, No exceptions CANCELLATIONS: • 24+ hours notice: deposit refunded/transferred • Less than 24 hours: charged 50% of service/deposit forfeiture • No-shows: charged 100% of service ARRIVAL: • 15-minute grace period • Late arrival may limit design options • After 15 minutes: appointment cancelled, deposit forfeited SERVICE NOTES: • Free repairs within 72 hours • NO active fungal infections • Prices subject to change with add-ons • All services non-refundable BOOKING RESTRICTIONS AFTER: • 5 late arrivals • 5 last-minute cancellations • 3 no-shows
